This is not the only stat that affects learning rate. The main weight is
still on intelligence.

I think EMP would substitute CHA-based skills usually, but there should
be exceptions, of course, since this is EMP, not CHA.

In my very own RPG-system (on which my proposal for stats was based) I
have this ability called "magical aptitude" or just MAG. It is the
average score of WIL, INT and WIS, but there is weight on CON, too,
since in my system CON affects mana, but not the potential to cast.
