The scale is uniform, all measures are on the same scale. If you put 65000 
two-meter tall humans in line, you'll cover the world from one end to
another (assuming 131km map).

If you mean the amount of people fitting to one square meter, it's
determined by their fatness :). It's just how much the object physically
(approximated) takes space.
