Yes. README.client:

To run this binary you'll need:

 - Mesa and GLUT (in MesaDemos package) libraries installed
     ftp://ftp.mesa3d.org/mesa/MesaLib-3.0.tar.gz
     ftp://ftp.mesa3d.org/mesa/MesaDemos-3.0.tar.gz
 - libpng and zlib installed
     ftp://ftp.uu.net/graphics/png/libpng-1.0.3.tar.gz
     ftp://ftp.uu.net/graphics/png/zlib-1.1.3.tar.gz
 - PLIB installed
     http://www.woodsoup.org/~sbaker/plib/dist/plib-1.0.12.tar.gz

Take a look to mingw32 or whatever the project was. Unfortunately I don't
remember the URL right now. It is needed for libpng and zlib or then just
compile them by yourself. Download the source code from those locations.
At least PLIB, Mesa and GLUT should compile "out of box", but not so
sure for libpng and zlib, and of course: Majik. It will need some little
changes, such as you'll need to take out the whole Socket.cpp (just
ignore it), at least.
