In the M1 release of the win32 binary there is one critical bug where
if you click on the help menu and then the about choice it displays
the about information. When you the proceed to click on the ok button
it crashes the program. It does not crash windows and can be re-run
straight away. It is also very repeatable after 5 tries I have had 5
crashes! When it does crash windows comes up with the usual error.
Clicking details reveals this:

This is the same message in details every time so it is not just a
random windows screw-up.

Additionally it says in the readme file that +/- looks up/down. This
didn't work at all in my version.
