About the wars between different nations.. Maybe the lord leading his people to battle should consider having uniform standards, bardings and tunics for infantry. What if there is an advantage while whole army is wearing armorial of the supreme lord?
This would provide troops to look like armies. And that's something I want to see..

The advantage is that people of the two armies can distinguish their own men from those of the enemy.

But don't the craracters gain some kind of psychologic virtue while fighting in such way?

Maybe this would motivate the players to buy (or make) an uniform.
