Here is a preposed Flora template...please place suggestion and im going to try to use "Fitho Reed" desc as a template so check the world book for an update of that desc

no, thats alright.. i might convert them tonight even. then again, i might not, since now i plan on contributing two creatures today instead of one. i'm just glad i only have two descriptions to worry about converting, instead of (insert impossible number of hook's designs here)..

Phunky, yes we need to convert. But if the description is "complete" then most of it should be cut and paste. If you need help with one of your descriptions then i can do it if you want.

does this mean that existing descriptions will be converted to template form? this will most definitely be a long, tedious process. i call not doing it! :)

I don't want to see majik worldbook turn into something without any sense at all." The world book makes plenty of sense to me but i guess thats because i have taken the time to read it. All the information to fill out a "template" are in most descriptions. Darchan has demenstrated that it takes but a few moments to "transfer" a completed desc to a template. Just becouse we have not rushed to put them in a template form does not make them incoherent. It is good to "develope" a desc in a general desription first then put them into a template once it has been fleshed out. Many designers do this here includeing myself. If you see an un-teplated description then assume it is a work in progress. If you feel a certian in progress desc is vital then push the owner to finish it and if they are inactive or unwilling finnish it your self.

You can make own flora template, who says I need to make the templates? Templates are meant to ease creation of things and to make things more coherent, I never said I was supposed to be the one to make them. As to creating things, when I have done all forthcoming tests. I have real-life too, you know, school to finish, work to do etc. I want some templates so I can make later coherent work based on that what others have done. My sugestion for the templates is lets write some descs using them and see how it goes if we run into a problem then adjust. At the moment there aren't any descs that fully use them. Darchan has used some of the templates for his descs but not fully. Beregar why don't you write a desc using them and see how they work. Hell beregar write just something, ANYTHING! And while you are at it learn how to use the worldbook. It is an invaluable tool. One that everyone but you seems to be able to use.
