I was wondering if I would be able to upload the music I do on to Majik's ftp server so that it can be downloaded at the leisure of the person who needs it.

Yes, that's possible. Everyone should have rights to upload stuff to incoming using anonymous access. The files can be moved to more relevant locations afterwards.
