1. Get ourselves a server with CVS access. Without CVS there won't be any co-operative coding.
2. Assign a leader. A leader should be active, willing, all-knowing, and blessed with authority. Some of the coders or Sirdar?

3. Assign clear, documented projects for coders. Everyone should know what they should do.
4. Code.
5. If coders aren't effective enough, do something about that. Make clearer objectives. Assign better tasks. Recruit more coders.
