Will the Worldbook be released to the public when the game is later in development?

No, the worldbook is the source the developers use to create the world, if released players would know how to do step by step every quest etc. And we do not want maps to leak.

Would that mean, players will making notes on real life pieces of paper, e-mail friends information, wouldn't majik need a forum for players, of many links such as, (Pilgramges, Quests, Drawn Maps, Towns, Trading) to spread information?

Players only ruin their roleplaying experience from reading important info on some "Majik-The walkthru"-page. We have even discussed the possibility to punish the players who spread this kind of information from the game.
The place where people spread rumors etc, is in the game. From talking to people or writing books (there will not be a tell command, you will acually have to go to places to talk to people).

Just the other day i was thinking about people spreading rumours lol, thx for the reply.
