Unless Beregar has designs on elves, it is apparent that
nothing at all exists on elven races as far as concrete designs or documentation goes (it goes without saying that the worldbook elf descriptions are moot).
The question:
Do we want elves at all?

I don't think that the elves are necessary as long as there are anough races to choose from.

I think that elves are a bit cheesy race. If we have to go elven type race I suggest some little flying faerie race. There is more style in them anyway.

Maybe we should keep only a few elves. I've always liked dark elves, and those moon elves are quite fascinating. However, they should both be very, very rare. Maybe no wood elves and such. It would be quite fun to see elves in Majik mostly associated with the sinister and mysterious, unlike in most games.

Yes, that sounds quite good. Especially moon elves sound quite enigmatic, though those names are pretty standard in most world settings, not that there is anything bad in it.
