I downloaded the client from the following link on your website

      ( Windows 9x/NT majik3d-0.4.0_i386.zip
     945 kb )
     

and I unzipped it and when i double-click majik3D.exe it gets up to

reading configuration file from: majik3D.ini
Illegal mode passed to ssgSimpleState::disable(2912)

I then see the modem icon flashing in the bottom right of the taskbar on Windows98 which indicates that they're trying to communicate.  The program then flashes up something for a split-second right under the "illegal mode..." (I assume its an error message of some sort) and spontaneously quits to desktop before I can read it even the first word.

I checked the IP address to the server in the Majik3D.ini file and it matches the one on the site.  I dont know what's wrong.

My computer is PentiumII 400, 64 Ram, 2x AGP Rage (3d acceleration).
