I recently (3 days ago) downloaded the new version 0.4.0 for the Win32 
platform. I unzipped it and first tried to run it this morning. Upon trying 
to open the program (Majik3d.exe) from Windows Explorer I got the following 
dialog box:

Error Starting Program

         A required .DLL file, WS2_32.DLL, was not found.
