The purpose of the vote is to eliminate complaints to these "decisions"
Once and for all. They are also to set in stone what is decided and what
isn't decided. This thing has changed in Mandor's and others minds for
the final time. What Mandor has written down is a good map for what to
exactly debate and decide upon. But they will be decided upon in an OPEN
forum in a specific point by point manor. Nothing will be added or
deleted to what Mandor has written. There will be no more "other" descs
added to this as side things without it being first only a proposal.
If you wish to nominate that the desc Mandor has written not be debated
but kept "as is" I as moderator for the nomination of moderator will
ALLOW this as ONE of the candidates to be voted on. But mind you there
will be a VOTE. And what is decided from that vote will stand.

This is the only way to put these issues behind us so we can get on with
game design.
Again anyone who wants to make nominations for moderator of the debate
and voting of the points of the Mandor "Decisions desc" please post
them.
