M3, the clean up milestone finished. The changes include:
  - initial implementations of night-day effect and NPC objects
  - both client and server's code has been cleaned up
  - map sectors and the objects they contain are now sent by the server
  - improved chat system
  - prompt system is now controlled by the server
  - the amount of LOD levels are now configurable
  - win32 version is now integrated to unix version's CVS tree.
